The first in our new series of IPA’s is ‘Whales Tail!’ known on the high seas as a symbol of good luck and in this case a West Coast Style 8.0% DIPA!
A triple hopped DIPA with floral aromas coming from Cascade, Grapefruit and tropical fruit notes from Chinook, and a medium bitterness from Galena. Hazy, fruity, punchy and straw in colour.

Aroma - Tropical fruits, orange
Taste - Juicy, Marmalade, Peach, Pine
